Ordering:

To keep prices low, we do not offer a call in ordering number. You may order via the internet using the shopping cart system, or by mailing in your order with a credit card number or Money order. We do not accept orders via email. We will not guarantee any specific delivery date. If you are having problems with the shopping cart, please feel free to use our "fill in" secure order form. To mail in your order please use this MAIL ORDER FORM page.

It is best to completely finish shopping before submitting your order so that your shipping will be calculated on the entire order at one time. We will not be able to credit you for added shipping costs by combining two or more orders placed one after the other. In other words, if you submit an order then decide to buy something else and go back and submit a second order, it will be submited as two separate orders by the computer system. However, the items might be shipped in the same package.

Before you check out, please make sure the colors and amount chosen are correct before submitting your order. If you email us right way when you discover an error, we can make the changes. However, if the order has already been processed, a $5 resubmit fee might be added for changing, deleting, or adding an item, or changing the color of an item ordered. This could delay shipment since we will cancel the old order and re-submit it as a new order on the day the changes are made.

Purchase Orders, CODs and Checks are not accepted. All payments must be in US Dollars. Real Bitch Fashions accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for all on-line purchases. For mail in orders, we also accept US money orders. Real Bitch Fashions charges your credit card for the entire order amount at the time of order placement. Orders will include sales tax only on shipments in California.

Merchandise/Pricing

Merchandise is sold as new unless it is a clearance item. Clearance items may have been worn or tried on, and that is why they are being sold at a discount. However, the items are clean and in a near new condition.

We do not sell bulk rate or wholesale for orders under 100 pieces. Prices are as listed on the website. We do not give additional discounts.

We strongly advise not to test the web site with false orders, as it will result in substantial, personal legal risk. It is a violation of the law to orders under a false name or with an invalid credit card. Real Bitch Fashions has a sophisticated Fraud Control system that screens for suspicious orders, which are subject to investigation and possible cancellation. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while screening takes place.

Persons who commit fraudulent activity will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Web browsers transmit a unique address that can be used by law enforcement officials to identify fraudulent activity. Both the FBI and the US Secret Service are responsible for investigating Internet fraud cases. Fraudulent information will be provided to the issuing bank, shipping carriers, and networked with our business partners.

Shipping

We ship via USPS inside the US and abroad and deliver to APO and PO Boxes. On credit card purchases, we will only ship to the current billing address where the card holder recieves the credit card statement.

Shipping is based on the total of your order. There is no added charge to you if we ship a backorder separately. To find out what shipping will be prior to ordering, add up your subtotal and find where it falls on the shipping chart.

Since we do not deliver the packages personally, please do not leave us delivery directions such as "leave package behind front steps." There is no way for us to tell your local postman these instructions. Your package will most likely be left in your mail box.

Please make sure your address is complete and correct: including apartment or suite number. If your package comes back due to an incomplete address, we may charge a reshipping charge of $3.85. If the error is ours, there will not be an additional charge.

Most orders ship out in 3-7 business days, but please allow up to 12 business days for complete processing and shipping time for your order. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We do not offer overnight shipping. We will not guarantee any specific delivery date. We do have a RUSH service for US orders, but this may still take 3-5 business days and is an additional $30.00, so we do not recommend it. If you have to do a RUSH service, please use our "fill in"secure order form and put the date you need to have the item. This way we can manually process the order and add the $30 RUSH fee.

Privacy and Security Policy:

Your credit card and personal information is safe with Real Bitch Fashions - For your added security, WE DO NOT KEEP CREDIT CARD NUMBERS IN OUR OFFICE DATABASE. We have designed our sites so that no personal identifying information is displayed online or is accessible to the general public via our web site or e-mail.

Your browser and Real Bitch Fashions's secure server encrypt confidential information during transmission, ensuring that transactions stay private and protected. Real Bitch Fashions reserves the right to monitor order activity. Real Bitch Fashions also reserves the right to reject any order deemed to be made in bad faith, or that may be in violation of local laws, taxes or restrictions. We strongly advise not to test the web site with false bids or orders, as it will result in substantial, personal legal risk. We do not sell or rent our customer information to any outside party under any circumstances. We do not reveal your phone number or e-mail address or other personal information, except to complete transactions with our third-party vendors. In such cases, we provide only the information required to complete the transaction. By contract, the third party is not permitted to sell, rent or share this information. WE WILL NOT PUT YOU ON ANY MAILING LIST unless you chose to join our list by adding yourself via the list link.

We promise not to SPAM.
We will not assume that you want promotional email just because you ordered from us, so you will not get any.
We will only send you email to keep you informed of your order, or if you specifically request a response from us.
We will not give your information to anyone else.

Product Availability Policy

Please do not ask us if we have something in stock as we will not be able to answer this. Since stock changes by the minute, there is no way for us to predict if the item you want will be in stock before you order. Real Bitch Fashions makes every effort to provide current stock status. In spite of these attempts, items listed on the site may occasionally fall on backorder. When a product is out of stock, your order will be automatically placed on back order. An item placed on backorder is shipped as soon as it becomes available.

If, for any reason, your item has not shipped within the specified shipping time frame, we will notify you of this delay via email. At that time you will be given the option to either cancel your order, or allow it to remain on backorder. If you wish to cancel during this time, you may do so by submitting an Overdue Delivery service request.

If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days it will be cancelled. In an effort to help our customers, you may be given the opportunity to extend the back order past 30 days, and orders will remain open and be shipped as soon as the product becomes available. No backordered item will be kept open beyond 30 days without the consent of the customer.

Cancellations

Real Bitch Fashions reserves the right to cancel an order or to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization for merchandise that is advertised in error, is unexpectedly out of stock, does not conform to specifications, or was shipped in error. Additionally, Real Bitch Fashions reserves the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site in error or has errors contained within the product descriptions, including pricing.

Once an order has been placed, there is a $5 fee for any cancellation prior to shipment. There is no fee for an item cancelled which is on backorder.

Returns or Exchanges

Items may be returned for refund or exchange. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by Real Bitch Fashions. All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive. All products must be returned in original condition: no stains or signs of wear or washing. Shipping, Handling and RUSH fees are not refundable. Real Bitch Fashions will charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. If you are doing an exchange, a $3.85 shipping charge will be added if item is shipped within the United States. $10 if out of the US.

Some items are not returnable: Hot Shorts, Bitch Hugger Thongs or items past the allotted return time. Real Bitch Fashions will NOT credit you for unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number and the return form (or equivalent) will NOT be credited. If you send back an item without return authorization, or beyond 30 days from the shipping date, you will NOT be credited and thus agree to either pay a $3.85 reshipping fee for us to ship the item back to you, or you may choose to forfeit ownership of the item and receive no refund or credit of any kind. The item then becomes property of Real Bitch Fashions with no compensation to you. In other words, you must get authorization before shipping back any item.

The restocking fee on a clearance item is based on the normal retail price and NOT on the sale price. For example, if an item normally sells for 39.95 and is on sale for $19.95, the restocking fee will be based on 25% of $39.95.

If you originally paid by credit card, you MUST include the same credit card number on the return form in order to receive a credit. For your added security, WE DO NOT KEEP CREDIT CARD NUMBERS IN OUR OFFICE DATABASE. If you paid with a money order, or do not include your credit card number on an exchange, you will be sent a check for the amount of the credit.
