Clever Cigarettes has an “Exchange Only” policy. Any damaged or flawed merchandise may be returned for additional product of the same value within 30 days of purchase.

Clever Cigarettes has a 90 Day Extended Warranty. After the initial 30 day warranty, any damaged or flawed merchandise may be exchanged for 1/2 off the original purchase price (plus shipping) up to 90 days after date of purchase.

In other words, say your atomizer stops working within 30 days of of purchase, we will replace the atomizer for free (not including shipping cost.) If it is after 30 days but is within 90 days of the purchase date, we will replace the item for 1/2 of the purchase price (plus shipping.) For example, if the listed retail price of the atomizer on the website is $13, then you only pay $6.50. We will ask you to return the broken part.
